Technology, operations and project execution in one profile.

My work sits where IT operations, project management and digital delivery meet. I turn business requirements into practical technical solutions — from server environments and infrastructure to websites, internal systems and digital workflows — and I stay accountable for them after go-live.

Across fifteen years I have worked inside a university, taught information technology at two institutions, run IT for a multinational holding in Istanbul, and served UK businesses entirely remotely. That mix is why I am comfortable both at the rack and in the meeting where the budget is decided.

    • Own the complete IT function: infrastructure, systems, service desk, information security, vendors and the IT budget.
    • Set the IT roadmap against business objectives, and translate it into an annual plan with costed initiatives and measurable outcomes.
    • Run the server, virtualisation, network and Microsoft 365 estate, with backup, disaster recovery and monitoring designed around agreed recovery targets.
    • Govern identity and access, endpoint hardening, patch management and user security awareness across the organisation.
    • Manage vendors and contracts end to end — selection, negotiation, service levels and performance review.
    • Operate IT service management: ticketing, response and resolution targets, escalation paths, documentation and a working knowledge base.
    • Lead IT and digitalisation projects from scope and schedule through risk, cutover and operational handover.
