Context
Hospitality websites were competing in a crowded local-search environment where technical performance and content quality directly affected visibility and user experience.
My role
I worked across site performance, technical search issues, page structure and WordPress optimisation.
Approach
Rather than treat SEO and speed as separate tasks, the work combined crawlability, page structure, performance, content presentation and maintenance into one optimisation programme.
Outcome
Page speed and technical search health improved together rather than in isolation, and the sites gained a maintainable foundation for organic visibility instead of a one-off cleanup.
