Context
Multiple business websites were distributed across hosting environments, increasing support complexity and making DNS, SSL and ownership harder to manage.
My role
I coordinated migrations, domain and DNS changes, SSL deployment and the operational handover of website management.
Approach
The work was structured to minimise downtime, preserve working sites during change, centralise recurring maintenance and bring e-commerce/performance work under clearer control.
Outcome
The estate ended up on a single hosting footprint with fewer moving parts: one place to renew certificates, one place to manage DNS, and website, commerce and performance work under clear ownership.
