Context

Procurement activity was spread across manual steps, email and departmental hand-offs, making status difficult to track and approvals slower than necessary.

My role

I helped map the real purchasing flow across departments, translated those requirements into a digital workflow and coordinated adoption around existing operating practices.

Approach

The focus was not simply software installation. The work centred on process mapping, ownership, approval logic, documentation and change management so the new workflow would be usable in day-to-day operations.

Outcome

The digitised workflow replaced chasing with a single visible status for every request. Approvals followed a defined path, ownership at each step became explicit, and the administrative overhead around purchasing fell.
